users are Unable to rate the post

Dear,
my website users are not able to rate my post sometimes they rated but very slow (process continue…….) whereas i can rate easily to the posts after login through admin account, but this plugin designed for the visitor, so request you to please check given link and try to rate this article to know actual issue. https://www.preptube.in/engineering/articles/top-100-engineering-colleges-india-2018/

NOTE- I have installed the wp total cache plugin, after purge all the cache user are able to rate the post,
is any setting in wp total cache plugin for this plugin ?
