    Hi.

    When users are registering I approve these members manually. There is no payment. Users receiving an email that the account is on hold u til admin approves.

    I have set up that users receive an email when account is approved. But the mail is never sent from armember.

    Using newest armember.

    All other email are sent. I have tried wordpress server, smtp server and php mailer. All works. Except that the email “manual user activation” is never sent. It is enabled under “email notifications”.

    Hello,

    I have checked the Manual User activation email notification by setting the “Manual approve by admin” option from ARMember -> General Settings page for the “New user approval” dropdown and after checking the signup then I received the “Manual User Activation” email notification. So, the issue not found.

    Can you please provide more information about using which form you are trying to register and not receiving email notifications so I can check accordingly.

    Hei.

    We have the same settings. When the user is manuelly approved the user dont get an notification email that the account is approved.

    Hello,

    I have checked at our local server and there is no issue found. But please make sure that you are activating the member from the ARMember -> Manage Members page at “change Status” action button you will able to send email notification checkbox keep ON.

    I see it now,

    The checkbox should also be available under “edit member”. Because I have to edit their membership number etc before approving their accounts.

    Hello,

    Yes, currently emails will be sent from the Manage member page. But I am passing this as a suggestion to the core team and if they find it useful then this may be added in future releases.
