Users are not getting emails when posting

Hello,

Thank you for this wonderful plugin, I don’t see a section for subscriptions in the latest version, the only thing I see in the Add on section regarding subscriptions, is Email, Profile, Notifications, and BuddyPress and I have all active.

I don’t see a button for subscriptions, where would I find that? the only email that I get is for me, the admin, I want each user to get email notifications each time their question is answered.
