    Hello,

We have a recurring problem that happens periodically with our SWMP site, where users report that on the account page, it shows them logged in to another user’s account which is not theirs, and they cannot logout.

Could this a caching issue? Any ideas to resolve this?

    Thank you

    Hi,

Could this a caching issue? Any ideas to resolve this?

Yes, this is probably related to a cache issue. What type of caching plugin do you have installed in your site? Does you host run any caching system? Do you use a CDN type system by any chance?

    Kind regards.

We are using WP Rocket for caching, hosted by A2 Hosting. We are not using a CDN type system.

Are there any recommended caching plugins compatible with SWMP or any guide on how to set up our caching plugin with SWMP?

Also happy to pay you guys for your time to help us solve this issue on our WordPress site.

    Thank you

I had the same issue and also determined caching as the cause. My caching-plugin lets me exclude pages by page-id. I excluded every page in context with login and registration and the protected pages. That seems to work.

Thank you @wpdenny! Just excluded this page from our cache, hopefully this fixes it

Hi @bigoldfeet, how are you trailing with this issue? Is it resolved or do you need more help?

    Kind regards.
