    Hello,
    Thanks for reaching us here!
Please check for the caching/optimizing/minifying plugins activated since when using caching/optimization/minifying plugins on the website you need to exclude STM files from minifying and render-blocking. Please also check the system requirements and make sure there are no browser caches.

    Hello,
    Thanks for reaching us here!
STM script files need to be excluded. But, before excluding, please try to deactivate your activated caching/optimization/minifying plugins. Because deactivating is a better solution comparing to excluding.
Please also follow this tutorial of online course creation: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FgAVhdBuT90&t=115s
MasterStudy LMS theme will help you to work with offline courses properly.

    Hello

I already tried to deactivate the cache plugin but during this deactivation period the problem also appears, because of that I need more info about how STM script files works in order to find out where is the problem and how to solve it.

    Thank you

    Hello,
Thank you for reaching out to us!
Sometimes the caching plugins may block some STM functions that are written in the script files to work properly in the whole STM LMS system.
Did you create the offline courses in the way of the video tutorial that I sent you in my previous answer? Because there are two types courses – offline & online and the offline courses are WooCommerce products that do not relate to the MasterStudy Learning Management System.

    Hello,
these are offline course created following the video tutorial you told in the last message. As far as I know the LMS is in charge of the users courses login enviroment (let me know if I′m wrong),then when you purchase the course the LMS add users to courses using php functions that adds user to the proper courses database tables. But my problem is the users access to courses most times without any problem and suddenly the course is no longer available and the user see the “you like the course please purchase it” pop up message so is something wrong with the users sessions that kicks the user out of the course.

    Hello,
    Thanks for reaching us here!
Sorry for the trouble, but please be kindly informed that we do not log out users from the LMS system. As it is one of the unknown issues, it is hard to tell you what causes you can apply. With the most probability, there is a problem with your WordPress login expiration session duration. So, we recommend changing the session expiration time in WordPress. I hope this article will help you.

    Best Regards
