Users add product & choose between sell and rent them

Hi guys,

For a school project i’d like to know if there’s one or more plugin to help me doing theses features :

Users can add product and choose between three statuts :
– rent it (with a commission on payment and a schedule to choose when it’s available)
– sell it (at the price they want, without any payment on website)
– make it “offline” and then it won’t appear on search results

I don’t know if my question is understandable, my english s*cks, i know …
