user/pass upon ticket submition, how?

    hi, really nice plugin, but Im hving problems understanding how a guest can submit a ticket and how a registration is generated.
    the form just asks for title, descr, dept and priority, but has no field to add an email, so how the automatic user generator works?
    it just shows a message above the submit button saying
    Registration is closed now. If you already have an account Login first

    btw, another feature should be to assing an agent for each dept, so when a ticket is submitted to dept A, then agent A is automatically assigned

    Actually it’s you who’s controlling the registration. ??
    Please check the WordPress Settings > General page at:
    /wp-admin/options-general.php

    and check Anyone can register to enable Registration on ticket submission. Please note, that it will enable user registration to your WordPress site.
