Usernoise problem – i can't access my admin panel

  • Hi I do hope someone can help, as I can no longer access the admin panel of my website to update it.

    (I moved to a new web host company a few months ago but they don’t seem to think it’s related)

    It seems to be a Usernoise plug-in problem but of course I can’t even delete it!

    The warning messages I get say when I go to the admin panel are:

    Warning: require(admin/dashboard.php) [function.require]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in/[my web address] /wp-content/plugins/usernoise/usernoise.php on line 49
