Usernoise not working

Hi,

We just noticed that usernoise feedback button on our site is not working anymore (midoritengubujinkandojo.com). When we click on the button it just goes to https://midoritengubujinkandojo.com/#

We tried deactivating all plugins except usernoise. Uninstalling and reinstalling plugin didn’t work either. Please help us pinpoint what is causing the problem and how to fix it. Thank you
