    Hi, is it possible to remove the username requirement and have that created automatically?

    Hi @zsection,

    I’m sorry to disappoint you, but it is not. You’d need a customization for that to be possible.

    This would be beyond the scope of support.

    Thanks, that’s strange though because I think I’ve just been able to do it and it makes the email address the username
