    Hi,

    A user tried and failed to log in and was locked out of the system.

    Admin recieved email about this but, when going to the dashboard to allow user access again, no options were available.

    Are you referring to the Login Lockdown features? If you are what time did you set the feature Time Length of Lockout (min) too?
