Hi, can you give us more details about thew error you get or the flow you are trying?

    nothing complicated
    1) install plugin on one of my websites
    2) login to sendgrid backend
    3) create account for site based on domain name resulting in 22 char length – tried multiple password formats including something simple like abc123 to no avail
    4) could not get plugin to work – I think I got an error message
    5) tried with main account – worked fine
    6) had an aha moment – created new subaccount with short representation of domain name – tried it – worked fine – set complex 20+ char password – worked fine – left it at that – but thought you would want to know…

Can you give us the username you are trying to use? We could not reproduce an error using 20+ characters for an user credential. Also can you give us the error you get?
    Thanks.

Are you trying with any special characters maybe, because testing with an account username and also with a credential username of this type(even longer than 30 characters) we didn’t managed to reproduce an error.
Can you do a screencast with the steps you follow to reproduce this error? Thanks!
