Username doesn't exists … but search via channel id finds… but fails

    Hi…

    Having an issue with our username. I’m searching using the channel ID and YourChannel populates the username & I see a preview of our channel below the settings and everything looks good. I save but when I preview the page with our short codes nothing shows up. I got back to the back end and both username & channel ID are still populated but if I click check I am now told that our username doesn’t exist. Our channel ID is UCx0CvUMNyMMWD6wFWANGjbg which when checked populates the username of Medical Design & Outsourcing… so not sure whats up.
