Username does not exist???

  • HI,
    I set up a www.remarpro.com account at the start of December.

    I linked my domain etc and when I look up my website that I want to get started ibtcreating it comes up!

    However, when I go to log into my account it tells me that my username does not exist?

    It has since let me create an account with the same username (eleonard) but I don’t know how to link my website again.

    Has this happened to anyone else and how do I resolve this?

  • It sounds like you are trying access your admin account. I would suggest trying to log in with the email address you set up the WP site with, chances are when you typed in the username during the setup of your website you made a typo.
