Recently I noticed I no longer have many things in my WordPress admin menu, including basic stuff like Settings. I deactivated White Label CMS, and everything re-appeared. I think what happened is that the plugin Really Simple SSL walked me through changing my “admin” username to something else, as it is a vulnerability to use the plain old “admin” username. The White Label CMS settings must have somehow been tied to that original admin user. I even tried creating a new user with the username “admin” and re-enabled White Label CMS, but no luck. White Label must be tied to some unique identifier I can’t re-create. Is there any way I can get White Label back and make it so my new admin username has full access to White Label’s settings and everything else?
