Username anonym

  • hi, somehow almost all names are named anonym on my guestbook entrys, i do not understand why, is it possible my hosting company uses Redis or Memcache?

    Hi, it sounds more like the anonymizer function was running. Could you check the settings on Guestbook > Settings > Form-tab? It should save the IP address and name of everyone. Also, if you at one time selected to erase all privacy data, it will be gone. You do have a backup, right?
