The first one always works but suddenly this morning when I accessed wp-admin, the host level kicked in but not the WordPress!!!!

Independent of any host level controls, WordPress software will not permit anyone to access your dashboard unless the cookie is set to indicate they did successfully log in.

Have you tried basic troubleshooting? Try using Safari to access your site’s dashboard. Make sure that your cookies and cache are all cleared first before trying that.
