Username and Password description or way to change it

What username and password needs to be used when opening the plugin phpmyadmin page from a cloud service like bitnami google cloud platform.
Either i get this error : Login without a password is forbidden by configuration (see AllowNoPassword)
or signing sometimes bring me to security concern that signing is allowed only from a localhost.

or this :
mysqli_real_connect(): (HY000/1045): Access denied for user ‘user’@’127.0.0.1’ (using password: YES)
