user_display_name is not replaced in version 2.0.4

    Hi,

    after updating the forum user_display_name is not replaced anymore.

    I get
    “Hello [user_display_name]!
    New reply has …”

    in all E-Mails of the forum.

    Yesterday with the old version it worked fine.
