    I used the shortcode {user_avatar_small}, but, user image is not visible.

    What version of the Ultimate member you have installed?
    Have you added {user_avatar_small} to the navigation label?
    Please try to test this on the default WordPress theme so we can exclude conflicts with your theme.

    I have the same problem. Also {new_messages} is not working.

    It stopped working since the last updates from ultimate member plugin.

    I’m using “Astra” Theme.
