User with Disabled user checkbox active can login

  • Hi,
    I have manually activated several users of my website the User Disabled field of their WordPress profile.
    However, these users are still able to log in on the web.
    It’s as if this parameter is ignored in the login process.
    Can you help me to know why it doesn’t work?

    Can you elaborate on which WordPress field you are referring to? The “User Disabled” field seems to be coming from another plug-in.
