Hi !
It appears that users can only see ticket that are related to them.
Is there an option to allow users to see all tickets, or is this by design ?
It would be cool if all users can see all tickets, this way there will be able to see if their questions has an answer alredy.
A more advance system will allow to mark a ticket as private, and some as public.
This can be for the free or pro version, that definitely looks very nice ??Thanks for listening ??
