    Hi !

    It appears that users can only see ticket that are related to them.

    Is there an option to allow users to see all tickets, or is this by design ?
    It would be cool if all users can see all tickets, this way there will be able to see if their questions has an answer alredy.
    A more advance system will allow to mark a ticket as private, and some as public.
    This can be for the free or pro version, that definitely looks very nice ??

    Hey X-Raym,

    This is also very good suggestion yet again. I would like to do so but with some more generic solution: We can have settings to choose whether to show all tickets to any user or privet only. By default it would be privet.

    I will park this for upcomming versions. Currently I am integrating live chat and call feature, after that it can be implemented.

    A generic solution would be a very good start ??
    But some specific question may need more privacy (for e.g. “hey, I wanted to know why I was banned yesterday”)

    Hi again !

    Here are more thought about this :

    • The user should define is the ticket is private or public (why not a simple checkbox)
    • The admin should redefine if the ticket is private of public
    • the user should be able to switch between display his tickets or every public tickets
    • the users should be able to comment on others public tickets (and so be abble to “follow” via email, and de-follow)
    • the admin (or any other role with the needed authorization)should be able to switch between all tickets, public tickets, private tickets and his own ticket (via a dropdown menu)
    • Guest should be able to see public ticket

    and more advance (not indispensable but it would be awesome)

    • The users should be able to rate best answer (a simple +1 button, just as on the Stack Exchange, and the top rated post must appear first on a ticket page

    I hope you like the ideas ??

    +1 to X-Raym and, plus,

    – Agent (user) should see tickets assigned to him!!!

    Hi,
    Our next version which is due out within 4-5 days will have feature to set ticket public or private while creating on front end. Also, administrator can set whether he want to have this feature on front end and can set default public or private tickets. Administrator will also have ability to change ticket as public/private anytime.

    Apart from this next version will also have FAQ feature.
