User variables not working

    Variables related to user ({first_name}, {customer_name}, etc) are not showing on emails (blank , empty), sometimes it shows johndoe when I put the {user_login}.

    I am using: Woocommerce: 9.14 , WordPress: 6.6.1 , theme: Blocksy

    I already disable everything (all plugins, change to default theme, enable compatibiliy mode for High-performance order storage) but no sucess.

    Which fields exactly do you use to fill this user variables?

    Hi,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    It is noted that shortcodes are categorized to use for each email type. These shortcodes {first_name}, {customer_name} are not used for email types such as new accounts or reset passwords, they are used for order email types. Let’s check again and keep us informed.
