User upload files to secure, password protected directory with SSL?

    I was wondering if anyone can help me please.

    I’m after a plugin which will allow users (that we pre-register) to log in and upload files such as pdfs to a folder for which we can then access. We’d ideally like the process covered by SSL and the folder to be password protected so that no one can view the files. The files will contain an amount of sensitive information.

    Could anyone please point me in the right direction for such a module? I’ve looked at Omni Secure but I don’t think it quite does what I’m after.
