User to see/download admin uploaded files

Hello,

I would like to ask if it is possible to use this plugin on the opposite way. I want the admin to upload-delete files(such as .pdf, .docx, etc) to each users profile. Some files should be common for some users and some other files should be private just for single user. Does this plugin provide such ability? If not you know any similar one which might does?
