I can test a user but when I click “Return to Administrator view” either of the places it appears, nothing happens. Any thoughts?

    Hi @danhotchkiss

    Thanks for using PublishPress Capabilities.

I suspect there is other plugin conflicting in this case. Can you please try to deactivate other plugins and see if you still see the issues?

    Thanks,

    Hi @rizaardiyanto

I am also getting the same error, I am using your paid version. It seems the _wpnonce issue.

I tried to disable all the plugins and themes using the site Health plugin troubleshoot mode enabled still it is not working,

I have noticed like it is working properly on my local setup but on staging and production, it is not working, Please give us the permanent solution or exact cause of this issue.

    Thanks!

@shwetameshram I tested it and still do not see this issue. Can you please help me open a ticket on https://publishpress.com/new-support-ticket/ and share temporary login details there? So we could help you investigate why it happens.

    Thanks,

    Hi @rizaardiyanto

I do not have credentials to login to our premium account, I need to take it from DevOps team.

But I have noticed that we are using the nginx server (WPEngine) for our staging and prod evn. and my local is running on Apache (Wampp).

Can you please test your plugin in both the environment (nginx and Apache)?

    Thanks & Kind Regards,

    Shweta
