User Tags not working & user description not displayed

  • Hello,

    I recently updated WordPress on my website and the Ultimate member app.
    I had the User tags extension module installed but it was from the older version, and now I don’t see it in the Ultimate member setting bar.

    It also says that I have older modules from UM 2.0 version that are not working : I can’t display the informations (to public) about my users, when I click on a profil, they don’t show up (only in parameters view).

    I bought the User Tags extension a while ago, but now I can’t access it, it says it is version 1.0.2 and here is the short code showing up ”
    [ultimatemember_tags term_id=273 number=0 orderby=name]“.

    Can I access this extension back and how do I put back online the description of my users ?
