So if I got it right, you imported your MailPoet subscribers, but you’d also like to import them as WordPress Users.

This is not possible with the MailPoet plugin but should be possible with third-party tools, for example: https://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/how-to-easily-import-and-export-wordpress-users/
