user submits email, closest store receives their details

The following is a request from my client whose site I manage. We currently use the plugin and they would like to know if it’s customisable in a way that would allow for the user to submit their email as well as postcode when searching. And then the closest store would receive an automated email with the user’s email address. I’ve not seen this before and wondered if it’s something that exists or is possible to implement with this plugin?
