User submission issues

    1) User submission is off, but yet the Button ADD FAQ works (.form__toggle class hidden on that page)
    2) Submission email showing nowhere in the post (had to go to the to helpie_faq_questioner_mail meta_key in the DB to find the submitter email relating to that post_id)

    1. I just tested this on our local and was not able to reproduce on our local. Can you please provide us your website details and temporary admin access to your site so that I could check this down? You can provide the details by creating a ticket at pauple.freshdesk.com

    2. Have you enabled the e-mail checkbox in the user submission settings?? Have you enabled it and still not appearing in the front page? I will test this also when you provide us your details.

    Since we are not able to reproduce it in our local, nor we have received this from any of other customers, I would consider this as a mistake on your end and would resolve this if I don’t hear back from you.

    I definitely still happens, had another coming 2 days ago.
    I will screencast and send – I will replicate it on a staging instance and give you access.
