User status is ‘active’ instead of ‘pending’

    Thank you. My actual question is to have the user be manually approved, from pending to active – regardless of the email registration confirmation verification ?? Currently when a user registers, they are automatically set as Active, and then have access to content without me being able to monitor if they are actually a member of our organisation.

    The reason why I shared the documentation above was so that you could read the following note:

    Please note that manual approval and email activation are mutually exclusive options. Therefore, if you intend to utilize the?manual approval process, do not activate the email activation feature.

    Make sure you don’t have the email activation feature enabled in your settings.
