User side mobile problem

  • Dear Sir,
    While opening customize page from user side in mobile,
    We found two main problems,
    1. user need to double click, which is not properly working, so can we convert it in single click?
    2. and after click on upload image there is no option to come back in customize screen, so ultimatly we can not upload image from mobile, and our 80% users are using mobile, so we need this solution.

    1-No a single click creates the issue when the customer is just scrolling and touches the button with his fingers…

    2-Ok i’ll forward that to the dev team. Are you using the free or the pro version?

    1. but can we kept it vertical and single click, so it will solve both problem

    2. we are using free version, it is not a mobile friendly
