user settings not changing

  • hello,

    when i go to my profile > setting > general, i see first name, last name, display name
    when i try to change any of there and press save, nothing is saving a data are restored to previous. where is problem please?

    Hi,

    Please enable debug mode on your browser and find if have the JS issue or you can try to disable each plugin on your site to check. I think have a conflict on your site.
