User Security Page is empty.

Hi @nobo73, I see that the Solid Security Basic plugin conflicts with the Broken Link Checker plugin. When going to the User Security page, do you see any errors on your browser console and WP admin (please enable WP Debugging)? Do you also see related errors inside your PHP server error logs? Please also paste your Site Health Info here for us to check (go to WP Dashboard > Tools > Site Health > Info and click “Copy site info to clipboard”).

Well, I enabled debug mode, however, right after I clicked “User Security” page, something has shown about 0.5 sec, then it disappers. I can’t copy it. Then I don’t see any errors, empty at all.

@nobo73, thank you for sharing the Site Health Info! How about on your server’s error logs, do you see any recent errors that might be related? If you’re unsure how to access those, please contact your hosting provider for help. Can you also try clearing all caches (server, plugin, and browser) and check if the User Security page loads?

If not, please try to check the “Show Avatars” checkbox in WP Admin > Settings > Discussion, then recheck the page. If the page loads correctly, please be assured that we are working hard on releasing a fix for this ASAP, so I’d suggest leaving that setting ON.

Hi @nobo73, following up here to let you know that our developer already got in touch with the WPMU Dev team on how to resolve the conflict, and we are now awaiting the fix to be included in the Broken Link Checker plugin.
