User Roles Set to None Randomly

    We have a custom user role called “Manager” and several users are assigned to that role. We also have numerous Subscribers. Periodically, and for no reason that I can ascertain, all non-administrators have their roles reset to None or No Role.

    Does anyone have a solution to prevent this?
    It happened again today. All managers and subscribers were set to “Role: None”

    Hi @rholzler

    I’m sorry to hear you’re experiencing difficulties. All roles and capabilities are stored in default WordPress tables so if you lose data on your site, I’d recommend reaching out to your hosting to troubleshoot this.
