User Roles not Updating

  • Hi – great plugin!
    Up until recently the User Lists was working fine, but now i see that the Roles in AMR are not synced to Roles in Ultimate Member. although they have recently updated the plugin, i see that the previous roles are still synced, only ones recently changed are not. I have tried rebuilding the cache many times, also deactivating & reactivating, bit no luck ??

    The plugin lists the wordpress roles from the wordpress user roles.

    Either you are reporting on the ‘first role’ only which may not include the ultimate member roles – use the ‘roles’ field rather to see all roles,
    OR
    Ultimate member are storing their roles somewhere else.
    Look in phpmyadmin user meta table for wp_capabilities and see what roles are actually in the database.

    The page url you listed requires login so not possible to see which field you are using.
