Where exactly do you want to display this? Somewhere in a wppa display?

I was hoping to display along with a user’s name after they’ve uploaded a photo? Maybe in the comments too if that was possible?

Yes, a nice idea. What about selection boxes in the settings page to bind one of the three medals (bronze, silver, gold as used in the number of max scores) to the user roles.
This will result in maximum configuration options.
And then display it everywhere where the users display name is shown (as long as there is space enough, so maybe not below the thumbnails if the user name is displayed there) ?

Yes brilliant! Would it be possible to upload our own image (through php or in the settings is fine!) rather than the medal so it doesn’t get muddled with the current gallery medals?

The membership site is called ‘iPhotography+’ so we we thinking of a plus symbol for members who are on the premium role?

Currently we’ve got the buddypress links on the person’s name too but if they could change colour on hover that would emphasis the link?

Change link color on hoover; you can change that with custom css, example:

.wppa-fulltitle a:hover {
    color: blue !important;
    font-weight: bold !important;
}

BTW: How do they get the upload form opend while its rotating at turbo speed????

Indeed, its gone. Today i will release version 7.3.04 with the gold, silver, bronze or plus level of premium usership. See Table VII-A to configure. Note the priority: if a user has 2 roles and one has gold and one has plus, the icon will be gold because it has a higher priority.

I can get the icon to appear in the comments but not in the upload description, not sure if I’ve missed a setting somewhere?

Currently the photo description is scanned for the displayname (w#displayname) where it is added.
I see, you ticked Table II-B5.1: Add (Owner)
and you want it there also.
Will add this in the next version. If you need it fast, i can tell you what to do in a few hours.
