User Roles Below Admin Having Trouble Uploading Images

Hi all,

I am having difficulty when using the uploader when I am logged in to my site as anything below admin permissions. I have a WPMU installation and I am using WP 3.9.1 and WooCommerce 2.1.11.

In particular, when I try to upload a product on my WooCommerce site, I receive the following error: ‘An error occurred in the upload. Please try again later’.

When I upload as an admin the same file, everything works fine. The file in particular that I am trying to upload is a jpg file that is 5.4mb with dimensions set at 4288px X 2848px.

I have FastCGI enabled on my site and max upload size set at 1gb. I’ve also set the media settings in the WP Admin Panel to allow large files up to 75000px X 75000px.

Anyhow, I am a bit baffled as to what the issue is. I have disabled all my plugins, but still encounter the issue. Can anyone help get me sorted out with any suggestions / feedback?
