User Role with Edit User Capability Not Able To Edit User

    I am assigning moderators to my community (buddypress & bbpress). When I give the role permission to edit users and forum topics and replies the moderator does not have the ability to edit any of them.

    1. Edit link missing in wp-admin
    2. Edit link in forum topic missing
    3. Edit link to edit replies in forum topics missing.

    Fixed: I cloned administrator role and disabled abilities I don’t want to give the moderator.
