• Dear All,

I want to give someone access to the backend of a wordpress website. He has to see basically everything in the backend, so all menus, all plugins, all pages, all media etc etc. Also all submenus, such as the settings of a plugin etc etc etc.

This person basically should see literally everything that an admin sees, with one distinction: he has zero editing rights.

Just so he can see and check the Complete back end of the website, without being able to edit a thing.

I tried varies plugins (“User role editor”, “Members”, “capability manager enhanced”), but no one seems to offer this possibility. They all have a lot of options, but it is always options like ‘delete’, ‘edit’, ‘create’. The option ‘just read/see everything’ seem to miss every time.

Anyone any idea about how to do this? With what (free) plugin?

Help is much appreciated. Thank you!
