User role to allow read only/view only to user list?

    With Ultimate Member, is it possible to setup a role that allows a user to just view the defined list of users (readonly), with no access to edit/delete functions?

    Also, with the Ultimate Member bbPress extension installed, can I setup a user role that provides forums only admin access?
