User role: possibility to each admin of the same site to create their own users?

Hi,

Is this possible to allow each admin of the same WordPress website to create their own users ?

Example :

– Admin 1 Toto creates his own list of users
– Admin 2 Tata creates his own list of users

– Toto can’t see Tata’s users
– Tata can’t see Toto’s users

Is there a way to achieve this, thanks to user capabilities or plugins ?
