User role meta key

    I’ve used this plugin to make some new user roles, and I’m now trying to use another plugin (Advanced Order Export for WooCommerce) to export orders, including a field to show the user role from each order.

    When I export the user roles, however, only the stock Customer roles show up – all of the custom roles are blank.

    I guess what I’m looking for is the specific meta key that this plugin saves the custom roles under.

    Any help greatly appreciated!

    Hello,

    As far as we know, WooCommerce doesn’t have an indication of user role in order-related tables in the database (neither in the wp_woocommerce_order_items, nor in the wp_woocommerce_order_itemmeta), WooCommerce Role Based Pricing by Meow Crew doesn’t add the new meta_key to order tables neither.

    We suppose the plugin, that you use for export, links the user role to the user account and order in their own specific way. The only place where it’s indicated in the database by our plugin is a serialized string in the?wp_usermeta?table –?https://prnt.sc/OqaxzEJkfzDg.
