User Role Management

Hello,

I have a question regarding user role management. Is it possible to give a certain role (e.g. editor) the right to create, edit and delete users WITHOUT being able to delete the admin account? The idea is that the admin remains the supervisor and can still delete the editor, if he wants to – but not vice versa.
