Attachments are not sent by email or uploaded to the website

When attaching a document to the form and submitting it you do not see it in the ticket that is saved on the website. It only happens with the attachment, the other form fields work perfectly.I have completed your configuration as follows:
- Max number of files: 1
- Max file size: 5000 KB
- File extensions allowed: jpg,png,pdf
Attachments are not uploaded and all profiles have file upload permissions.
I am using the free version of the plugin.
