User Role Files don’t appear

  • I had your user role plugin on my site, and it was working fine. One day, I noticed my users were locked out and the plugin was not appearing in my plugin area and the tab for the plugin was gone. I’m adding other role permissions plugins to my wordpress site to test and no matter which one I add, the files don’t show up on the server, the tabs for the plugin don’t appear. I think there is a files permission problem on my site. Or, someone hacked my site. Because your user role plugin worked fine on my site and now no longer works. Other plugins with similar capabilities are not recognized and don’t work either. I’m sorry to have given your plugin a one star, I will remove that if it is not due to the plugin. Can you help? I’d be willing to pay for help if the problem is extensive.

    Thanks for the new information. It’s valuable to know that URE worked normally some time at the site and other user plugins do not work now also. It’s interesting to look on the reason.

    I have the same problem, user role does not appear suddenly ? the plugin is here and I have the last version, very strange :((
