User Role Director

    I am trying to help someone out there is no Administrator role.

    The top one appears to be director.

    I have not seen that before.

    Trying to work in backend but trying to add a plugin was difficult.

  • Now what exactly is your question? You are looking for the possibility to make your user an admin? That would still be possible via the database, if you have access to it. Or via WP CLI if you have console access to the hosting. A director doesn’t tell me anything either, could be a custom setup or come via a plugin.

    Thanks for response it was something to do with hostinger plugin. Which is now gone.

    Role now Administrator.

    All good to go.
