User role conflict

    Hello,

    A problem occurred with user role. While I am logged in everything works as it should, when I try to make a purchase as a customer not logged in smart cod doesn’t seem to be working.It is always enabled and customers are being charged an amount that they shouldn’t.

    Any help I would be grateful!

    Hello again,
    I would like to explain you what I want. This is something that I have done already but it seems to work only for logged in users. I would like this settings to be applied also for a visitor who hasn’t yet created an account and he would like to use the one page checkout.
    I would like something like that.
    if country is Greece and total amount<40 euros then the extra fee amount has to be charged, else 0 charges
    elseif country is anywhere else in the world and the amount<100 then the extra fee has to be charged, else 0 charges.
