User role changed to subscriber when upgrading/downgrading plans

    Hi,

    Thanks for a great plugin.

    I’ve created a custom user role and associated it with my subscription plans. We first create a WordPress user and assign the custom role to the user. When I first add the user to a plan the role remains unchanged. However after upgrading/downgrading the user to a different subscription plan their user role is changed to “subscriber” in WordPress.

    Can you offer advice as how to fix this!

    Hi @scarydakis,

    Thanks for reporting this. I was able to replicate the issue you described locally.

    I am forwarding this to our development team, where they will get it fixed in one of our future updates to Paid Member Subscriptions (we release a new update every two weeks, so the fix will come in one of these future updates).
