    hello
    Everything work well except for 1 notification.
    User Role Changed – For User

    This one can take 1 or 2 hours before the user receive the mail.
    All other one are instantly.

    Any idea how I can speed up the this notifications?

    I need this feature because when a new user is registered and authorized I send him another message and I want it to be quick.

    Thanks for your message.

    I haven’t seen this to be an issue before. It should be instant.
    How are user roles changed? Are they done automatically via a plugin or are they being changed manually in the user’s profile by an admin?

    I haven’t come across this but let me investigate and see if I can replicate this at my end.

    For some reason I can receive the test emails but I am not seeing the emails come through when the user roll is changed??

    Hi @superbenj and @adjdesign,
    I’ve just tested this and both the User Role Changed – For Admin and For User notifications are working as expected for me.

    Do you have a members plugin installed that will allow a user to be assigned multiple roles? This could be the issue.
